Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

I am also experiencing this issue as of 12/27/17 .  I'm fairly confident this relates to the older "the defender" bug. Back before the defender got fixed it would show completed in my score screen but not in career, when it finally did complete and completed in the career section too I noticed that it didn't count towards a tremendous service.  Right now showing 25/26 and no way for me to unlock or tell what's still to be completed.

Im having the exact same problem as you guys, i messaged EA on facebook and not even a reply from them.
Its driving me nuts!!! Like you all time has been spent to unlock this the more annoying part is we dont know what will fix it “/ does EA actually read these forums or are they just about in the hope that they save money and we fix things ourselves?? Because as far as i can see they are the ones who need to fix this >=[
