Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

at least you can submit a bug report, i've been trying for almost two hours and i've given up. Every time i press submit nothing happens, tried mutliple browsers, filled in ALL fields including Compose box. No joy.

Did you attach a large file to your report? I had to wait for mine to upload (there's no progress bar or anything though). Try clicking submit and leaving it for a few seconds.
