Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Thanks for the posts. We're seeing a bunch more reports on the issue this morning, so it looks to be a bit more widespread than the previous cases. 

Hopefully we'll have an update soon.

For your awareness: My glitch came with Pre-Order Yoda Star Cads (never received them) and the DEFENDER Milestone.
After completing the last mission I required, Ryloth, the end-game menu recorded my completion of the Milestone. However, it did not register in Career or Credit reward.

Also, Ryloth is nearly impossible to defend.
May I suggest some adjustments?

    Ryloth isn’t impossible to defend. It just depends on your teammates working the objectives. I usually fly the Hyena for that map because it’s easier to loiter and shoot at attackers at the tractor beams.
