Exactly the same here. What can I do to fix this issue? I've tried repairing the game.
There is no fix until EA do something about it, it's all players and all platforms!!

Issues like this usually take a patch to fix, but hopefully it won't take long.
It would be nice to at least get a "We are aware of this issue and are working on it."
I agree the lack of information is bad customer service.
I got to really like the game and finally found my sweet spot where I was able to maintain a constant grind and booom ran into this stumbling block.
Maybe this is a sign I should hit my books more lol.
This really sucks and I thought I was alone in this.... so at least I know its across the board and not something I screwed up. I reported multiple times to EA and I couldn't understand why I was't getting any responses or results. I really hope they fix this issue soon for all of us!
Same here with the TL-50 rewards for TRAINING SESSION (25 kills) and SHARPSHOOTER (150 kills). Strangely the middle reward for TARGET PRACTICE unlocked, but the others have not. PLEASE FIX ASAP! It appears that there are hundreds of people with this issue. What's going on?!?
