8 years agoHonestly this needs to go viral. EA have made a decision not to reply to this (I suspect they told their mods not to respond as they don’t have a fix). This should go viral for how toxic the customer service has been.

Yeah, guess so. They know about issue, but no idea how to fix it)
- Anonymous8 years agoThere is no way this is 100% legal. I think the Consumer Rights Act in the U.K. alone states a faulty product means you can get a refund, although I don’t know if there is a time limit on properties like this.
But that’s why EA aren’t speaking - they know having such a broken flaw like this and it not being fixed has to breach the law in specific countries. If you sold thousands of products to people and they weren’t working and you didn’t even tell them anything that would be violating some consumer purchasing contract. EA are crooks. - Anonymous8 years agoReading the User Agreement (Warranties; Limitation of Liability) on EA’s website this clearly breaches EU laws. This is why EA aren’t responding. The game is totally unplayable because the progression system has killed itself.

well lets not start an argument about any user agreements and even more important - dont * around with laws and how you want to sue them - thats bullsht
twitter support answered me that they are aware of the problem and i should wait and look in the forum to see further updates
( btw if anyone sees this - twitter support took around 24h to reply since they had to repyl to 500000 ppl on how to get loot from the twitch fifa stream ... - Anonymous8 years agoI didn’t say I wanted to sue them. LOL I pointed out that’s why they haven’t responded here officially but have moderated other threads. Becuase they have broken their own contract agreements with the users.
