Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

I will say it quite simply. It's exactly 3 days when I read that 1 and 2 should be server maintenance. So they'd apologize if they were going to throw away somebody.
So I was wondering if I could finally unlock milestones.

A constant bug (201) when the game freezes me and sends it to the main menu.
Another thing is that they can not pick milestones.
There are no emouticons on one of the arrows at Han Solo and Chewbaaca ...
It's February. This is a very short month. Where is the new season. Where is the heap of promised content? Or at least some information. Nowhere.
It's just worse and worse. Unplayable play for which I paid 80 euros.
