You have to collect in in the my career page and if that doesn't work you need to be connected to the internet.

When I exit out to the career page it says that it isn't complete it shows it as still one short. This is with having internet connection and everything.

I have exactly the same problem, as described in the first post. I’m on PS4 and it happened to me just a few days ago. As the game was updated with the latest patch I should have got the reward automatically, but instead when I go to the career tab The Defender is still at 4/5 despite having completed it on Kamino.

  Yeah it has happened to me 3 different times now, cause i'll go back in and play more rounds and win defender on Kamino and it says it is completed and then go back to career and nothing....apparently EA says they are aware of this but it still isn't being addressed
