Unable to claim TL50 heavy blaster Battlefront II

Hello,

I'm experiencing a bug in Battlefront II. I have performed enough milestone kills to get the TL50 blaster for the Heavy class (shown by a full progress bar in the Collection screen); that being said, the blaster has not been unlocked (ie, I do NOT get a crate with the blaster). Could you please assist me with getting this resolved? I actually already unlocked the FWMB-10K which requires even more kills, so I'm really confused as to why this is happening.

    I have run into the same exact issue on Playstation 4, not sure what platform you're using however. The offered solution they have given you isn't correct, I followed it and it just brings me around in circles. Classic EA. As for right now I've tried a lot of different methods to be able to claim this weapon but for the time being nothing has worked, and EA doesn't seem like they will fix it after this long. Sucks, but is what it is and hopefully it will resolve itself after some time, but quite frankly, I think we are just going to have to deal. :/

    Some weapons require that your class be at c certain level. For example, even though you get enough kills, the TL-50 require that the heavy be at around level 70, whenever you get the gold background
