Unable to connect to EA servers Error code 327 (Battlefront2)

Unable to connect to EA servers (Error code : 327). 

I have downloaded the game from Xbox Ultimate gamepass and installed. when I open the game, it asks me for my EA online email which I give, then the screen loads until an Error code 327 pops up and I am unable to play the game online. Also other options like custom arcade games will not play and just stay on the loading screen indefinitely. I have exhausted all options such as rebooting xbox, factory resetting the xbox, reinstalling battlefront 2, etc. I am not sure what else to do. I need help please, I have been unable to find any on this site and am finding it impossible to find a way to chat with a live agent.
