Unable to get at last epic boost Cards for two Hero starfighters

Question

Hi - I have been unable to complete the upgrade to Epic cards (for one card each) on two Hero starfighters.

Iden Versio (I am at level 77) - Engine Heat Dissipator

Poe Dameron (I am level 41) - Ace Pilot

I can't "spend" the upgrade elsewhere so I assume I was "provided" with one upgrade short for both starfighters?

Is there anything I can do, or am I just stuck with it? Thanks for any reply.

@chuntery  What platform are you on? I'm thinking if removing the local document folder will solve this. /Atic

@EA_Atic&nbsp;Thanks for the reply. Platform is PC and Windows 10.I deleted the local document folder, rebooted twice and reloaded SW. Still no joy with both items ... of course forgot this messes up all the graphics settings etc ...luckily I made a backup copy.I double checked by loading on a different PC at a different location with different IP address etc ....still not available.

@EA_Atic&nbsp;Thanks...took your advice and contacted EA Support ...it was hard work but the third agent did take note of my minor problem and has promised to get back to me.&nbsp;☹️
