Make sure that you connected your account to your gamertag

If you still have a problem, you need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

I can log into my EA Account on the PC and Origin without issues, but keep getting the "Unable to Login, We cannot complete this action..." error when trying to login via the Xbox. 

Tried the fixes recommended on this forum, but still no dice.  Also tried contacting an EA Game Advisor for assistance.... after a 30min wait, gave up. 

EA, this shouldn't be that difficult. Wasting way too much time troubleshooting your issues instead of playing the content I have purchased. 

You can't do that though. The whole point is you can't log in on your console, so therefore, you cannot connect your gamer tag.
