If you're still having trouble connecting to EA games let's see if these basic steps do the trick first.
Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
PS4:
Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

Hi I have done those two steps including:
Renewing licenses on PS4
Trying both Wifi and LAN
I recently changed my email sign in on PSN could that be it? If so I cant find a way to update that on ps4 or even on this site.

EA and PlayStation accounts are separate so I doubt that could be the issue. You could always try logging into our Help site at Help.EA.com by clicking on the PlayStation sign in option. By doing that you'll need to sign into the EA account using your PlayStation account credentials. That will notify our system of a successful login.
Try setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) It's been working for people having constantly having disconnections or server connectivity errors.
