Unable to play EA games online on PS4

Hi, for the last few days I have been unable to play EA games online on PS4, The 2 EA games I have are Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 1 both will not connect online. Battlefront 2 gives me "Error 77...

In your router's admin panel (login info is usually on the router itself), check to see if there is an option to enable IPv6 to see if you can connect on that protocol.

Hello, I'm having the same problem as this guy, I contacted Sony and they didn't know what was wrong, I've followed all the steps provided as well and still can't play
