Unable to Select Game Modes in Star Wars Battlefront II
I’m playing on Xbox One and have purchased and Xbox Live Gold Pass to be able to play online games. I have no issues using the online functionality of other games, but recently whenever I select any game mode in Star Wars Battlefront II, my screen darkens and then gives me an unknown error message before preventing me from entering any game modes.

Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
