Unable to Unlock Achievement

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I unlocked all achievements except one. I triple checked the special achievement list in comparison to my own completed achievements and determined that the only one that I’m missing is Balance Point, an achievement which requires you to get five kills with one use of the Barrage pick-up in single player. I spent a couple hours trying to unlock this achievement, not only getting five confirmed kills with one use but also with a single grenade(thanks to some tricky coordination on the mission The Storm). I have still not unlocked the achievement, and the only explanation I can think of is that perhaps the achievement is bugged?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to unlock the Balance Point achievement.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not able to unlock the Balance Point Achievement even after completing the requirement.
What do you expect to see? My rightful earning of the achievement.

Hey all! I’ve been playing since launch and recently decided to get all of the games achievements. Having played for so long I had already acquired many of them and I quickly got the rest... except for one.
