Your CPU is below minimum Requirements and as you noticed its usage is 100%. Frostbite games in general do use a lot of CPU power to run. There is not much you can do then getting a stronger CPU.

@EA_Atic While that logic makes perfect sense, it doesn't explain why the game has run perfectly fine up until this year. I haven't had any problems running the game with this processor in the past. I also suspect it could be a server connection issue, but my internet speeds listed above don't show any problems.

@Darth_Revan64 We had a few patches in the earlier this year, we make sure everything works for the minimum spec but that means it can stop working for hardware below.
Or other items, there are many factors to why a game stops working.
