Unlinking old accounts

Question

Recently purchased battlefront 2 and I can’t play online because an old account I’ve had was linked I’ve tried many attempts over the past days to unlink because we can’t do it on our own which is total horse crap I have been trying to to do it via chat but for some reason I can’t even access the chat seriously just about to refund the game in the next few days if I can’t get this resolved …… btw it says email sent to reset my own…. Never got it

Sorry to say, an account issue like this must be handled with EA support directly. No one in this forum will be able to address it for you. So, you'll need to try different methods of contacting them via that link.
Heads up that certain support mechanisms are available via certain times of day. Perhaps, this is part of the chat issue you're experiencing?
