Still not fair for Polish PC players. We have to pay full price for incomplete game, they forced us to play ONLY with polish audio and we will not be able to change it. I can't even describe how frustrated I am and I can't get a clear answer why EA hates Polish PC players so much ☹️

So far looks like a big improvement to the loot crate system but I guess we will have to see how it plays out at release since it looks like it will be much different. Wonder about all the other feedback they used from the beta. I know they made a bunch other of small changes already. There still seems to be a lot more major feedback they haven't implemented in BF2 that they aren't listening too or the word still isn't getting to them that maybe too late to put into the game but i guess we shall see.
Never that big a deal to me, always understood the beta had limitations for beta sake.
I love loot crates back to Mass effect3 , they had 20, 50, and 99 thousand priced crates. It was an outstanding compliment to a game that featured diverse play styles with the different classes and species variation of that class.
Battlefront 2, the classes are good, but the ability for players to diversify their skills by loot crates bodes well. To know that in a single game session if a hero character appears twice, the way one player may play that hero may be completely different from the way someone else may play him and have him customized to reflect more their play style.
Other things in the loot crates like parts is another bonus to give players more control over development of their char and how they play.
Also its better than the Hutt contracts IMO, instead of everyone copying each other to try and find the same gun, you can toy around with modifications and tweaking a weapon.
Im NOT the greatest player but the advantage is in the skill, and the cards will allow you to be more individualized in how you approach the game i feel. I liked what I experienced in BF2
This isn't gimmicky like battlefront where bacta and jump packs ruined the game.

It's not enough. They want to save their launch sales and image, but don't want to try and exploit people out of money using Pay 2 win gimmicks.
It would not be hard to have had crates give you cosmetic things like skins, just like Overwatch- they chose this because they thought it would be easier, take less effort, and generate more money for them.
As long as you can get actual gameplay affecting items, from a crate you can purchase, you are going to have a backlash. Period.
Making it not give you the best stuff but still give you an upper hand isn't what people asked for, they asked you take all gameplay affecting items from the crates.
It's not rocket science, people have been abundantly clear what they dislike about it.
Edit: Also, this always gets brought up- I don't even care about them tbh I know I will do well enough I can probably deal with some guy with some cards or w/e. The problem I have personally is that soooo many people are upset about this and not going to buy the game because of it; and if none of my friends are going to be playing and if the community is going to be low volume because of EA's stubbornness on this, why bother picking it up?
- I do wonder though, how small a percentage those people are.
At some point someone had the knee-j e r k reaction of "oh no, loot boxes, evil!". Then, a whole bunch of people jumped on that bandwagon, because "hey something to complain about". In the grand scheme though, I'm not too worried. I think sales will do great and there will be enough players. And when the loot boxes sell well too, we'll have a good and maintained game, with free servers, for quite a while.
