One idea would be to have DICE/EA make a DLC for BF2. The MAPS for the DLC would be free to everyone, but access to the DLC heroes and skins would be paid only maybe? This way DICE/EA can make money on it without having to develop a whole new game (BF3). Just a thought--obviously it has problems, because it is sort of a different version of the problems the game had at launch.
I agree, we need a last update for Battlefront II. The game needs to be finished first, in my opinion, before making a third title for the Battlefront franchise.
That being said, we need the following:
-heroes
-instant action game modes and improvements for last gen consoles(heroes vs villains, cross era heroes, playlists)
-maps
-skins
-private matches
-First order Jet Trooper on instant action
-Loadouts
-cross-play support
-etc.
Finally, they should make two patches for the game :one for the next gen console to enable an increase of number of bots and split screen and other enhancements(graphics, framerates, load times) and the other one, to fix some bugs for the game.
