User gets stuck in trench on Kashyyk

Summarize your bug The user can get stuck in the trench between the land and the clone trooper ship on Kashyyk. This is especially easy when dropping from the clone ship or falling as a rocket trooper. The linked video is of a Heavy Trooper droid simply walking into the trench and getting stuck. Multiple other players on my team also got stuck there and it cost many lives as the only way to escape was to "respawn".

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Launch StarWars Battlefront 2. 2. Select "Galactic Assault" and continue until the user arrives on "Kashyyk". 3. Progress until the user can access the area of the map shown in the linked video.
What happens when the bug occurs? The player character will get stuck and be forced to "respawn" in order to continue playing the game.
What do you expect to see? The user does not get stuck at any point regardless of how they land or what map they are on. The user is never forced to "respawn" to continue playing the game and instead only does so when desired
