Focused rage deactivates stamina, but when it ends, it either stays charged to the level before using Focused rage, or if striking, stamina will be fully depleted after focused rage ends.

If by "deactivate stamina" you mean it does not deplete stamina, that is not the case per the description and what I've seen in game play.
The OP is correct in that at the end of rage, stamina is depleted - from what I can tell based on how much deflecting vader was doing during focused rage (not super sure on this). As the OP suggests, this is misleading and should probably be addressed.
