Vaders sabre

Summarize your bug When playing as vader in hero showdown the other day i was fighting yoda and hiting him but there was no red blade coming out of his sabre. Funniest thing to see.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Hero Showdown
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play HS and be vader in second round
What happens when the bug occurs? Vader plays as normal and hurts opponent but you cant see his red blade ignited.
What do you expect to see? His red blade
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

Its only happened once. Ive not tried again. Not a priority.

    However, since it's occurred only once, I cannot pick it up as a report yet. Please let us know if you'll notice the glitch in the game in the future again.

    @EA_Ataashi I have seen this bug a few times. No idea how it occurs. Its fixable in game by switching saber off and then on again. I've had it happen twice in the same way. I went to melee an opponent after Vader had switched the saber off himself and it killed them but the saber didn't ignite. Naturally I was like wtf where's the saber gone, so fiddled turning it off and on and it ignited. Please get this fixed, as to players who are willing to use it as such, it represents a slight tactical advantage in that vader can still dish out damage without having a big red glowing saber and is therefore more inconspicuous than he ought to be.

    I've had this happen with every saber wielder at least once (with exception of Grievous). It's like the animation just vanished, though blocks and hits still registered.

    It happened to me many times already in the course of this game's lifespan. As it's only a Visual BUG, it occurs rarely, and I have no idea what triggers it, I never even bothered reporting it.

    I remember I was considering Vader attacking or blocking right after a saber throw could be related to it, but again I wasn't really giving much attention to this BUG because it doesn't interfere with any mechanics, it just affects visuals.

    When you say the animation just vanished I imagine you refer to the red blade not showing up, but the attack and block saber movements still happening right? Because there's another BUG related to Blocking where the animation stops, but your character is still effectively blocking. It's another BUG I never bothered reporting because it's rare and it doesn't interfere with the gameplay, it just affects the visuals (in this case not playing the blocking animation).
