Video on start page will not load.

Summarize your bug The video on the start page will not load after clicking the menu item on the upper right corner. I also get error 327 when exiting a game although I am able to enter matches. Sometimes I also get the error 327 when trying to enter a match from start page (by clicking on the left menu item).
