Weapon Attachment Won’t Unlock

What is your issue related to? Challenges
Which part of it? Persistent
Summarize your bug SE44C Rapid fire did not unlock even though I completed the challenge for it

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/30/2020
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 06:30 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my unlocked weapon attachments for the SE44C.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to equip the rapid fire attachment
What do you expect to see? I should be able to equip the attachment.

    @BillCosbysMeds 

    Have you checked your Crates to get your reward? Weapons and their attachments are unlocked via crates in the crates menu. After you finish the milestone a crate will be delivered to you with your reward.

    Same problem with me ive got about 5 guns ive completed and 6 attachments also and no crates to open them every where i go for it says open the crates but how can i if ive not been given them
