    Hey everyone,

    Quick breakdown if you are missing any rewards in Star Wars: Battlefront 2. 

    1. If you are missing any unlock have look in the crates menu if the reward is there. 
    2. If you are still missing after looking in the crates menu please reach out to EA support they can help you out with any missing milestone rewards.

    With that said I'm closing down this topic as the original issue was solved and for any continued missing rewards from milestone can be solved by EA Support.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? I completed challenges for the new T-21 Heavy weapon, the mods associated with them didn't unlock
What do you expect to see? Unlocked weapon mods

After I exited a game of Co Op tonight I got an error message saying something had gone wrong and then I got returned to the title screen. I had a new crate but the game wouldn't let me open it - it kept coming up with an error each time I tried. I returned to Co Op after this and realised that all my progress for the last hour or so of playing hadn't been saved (I'd just got General Grevious up to level 24 and he'd reverted back to level 18 - very annoying!). All my progress towards obtaining the T-21 mods went back to zero too. I played some more Co Op and completed T-21 training session, but afterwards, despite it showing as completed in my challenges the mod is still locked. I played further to complete the T-21 target practice challenge too, to see if that would trigger the first mod to unlock at the same time, but it hasn't and it's also failed to unlock the second mod on the T-21 for me. There were no new crate drops. I've tried turning the game off and on again to see if that would trigger the crate drops but no joy. I'll add some screenshots showing the completed challenges but with the mods still locked.

How can I get my T-21 mods? Is this going to keep happening now with each weapon I'm trying to complete a challenge on?

    @MrThunderwing Same thing for me. I had unlocked the Cycler Rifle a couple days ago but now cannot access the mods I unlocked for it. I've also completed the heavy challenge to unlock the T-21, but I don't get a pack like I did when I completed the specialist challenge for the Cycler.

      same thing happened to me i had unlocked all the attachments on the cycler but one. it said i completed the challenge in game so i exited it to find to crate in the locker. the challenge said completed in the game but the the career page.

        @Chocolate31506 Go to arcade select default weapons, leave go to multiplayer leave match then it should be in crates

    Ok so here is how I fixed it, 

    Go to arcade

    select default weapons

    leave match

    go to multiplayer 

    then leave, your crates should hopefully be there.

      I tried the Arcade weapon swap suggestion last night - no joy. Was going to try again this morning but the servers seem to be down at the moment.

        Did anyone else get the bug where they lost all their progress levelling a character up? So annoying!
