    Hey everyone,

    Quick breakdown if you are missing any rewards in Star Wars: Battlefront 2. 

    1. If you are missing any unlock have look in the crates menu if the reward is there. 
    2. If you are still missing after looking in the crates menu please reach out to EA support they can help you out with any missing milestone rewards.

    With that said I'm closing down this topic as the original issue was solved and for any continued missing rewards from milestone can be solved by EA Support.

What is your issue related to? In-Game Store & Crates
Summarize your bug Achieved kills necessary in Co-op to get assault troopers new E-11D, CR2 and heavy troopers new weapon.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Buckeye0716
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/29/2020
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 6:00 pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Don’t get crate with unlocked weapons from milestones being completed
What do you expect to see? Rewards available to be claimed
Please select your region South America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

I achieved the necessary kills in Co-op to unlock new weapons and I am not able to claim them as I did not receive the crates for completing the milestone.  Please help me claim my reward

Tried Restarting the game, all remain bugged/locked, even though they show complete. Not showing up in crates either.

    Booted game up Sunday and all rewards were unlocked/available in crates.  All good for me now.
