Weird bug

I cant connect into Star Wars Battlefront 2 or any EA games. I need to "reset" my password but i only get this: "We just sent a password reset email to cg*****@tk-home.cn." Help center checked my account and they said that there is no suspicious movement in my account. (That e-mail is not mine!!) Do i need to make a new account or what?

Hey @LongLime4875306 It's not something we could resolve here on public forums, but please reach out to our customer support again and make sure to check the EA account linked with the PSN username you are trying to log in with. You can ask the team to restore your original email if it was changed.
