Weird lighting glitch (again)

So I had a topic in may talking about the weird colorful birght lights that appear out of nowhere when using DirectX12 (I can't play without DirectX12 because the game just freezes for no reason) and...

    I think it's the problem with my graphics card, probably doesn't match the requirements for the game itself, I'll get myself a good PC to play this game later
