Weird sounds coming from my Pc when starts the game

When start the game in loading screens my compute make sounds like tennis rubbing on the floor is a bit weird. I play other high graphics games like Battlefield 1 and never has this issue... its norm...

Does it sound like this?

That's called coil whine and is normal in this situation since your frame rate is uncapped at loading screens and your GPU is pushing out like 10000 fps or so.
