Welcome video disappeared,even though I never saw it,nor played game

Summarize your bug The Welcome video magically disappears, with no way to ever see it, even if you've never watched the video, nor played the game (I've only opened daily login crates so far, that's it). What other intro and tutorial stuff will I never see, because of your bugs?

In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install the game. Don't play it (other than opening daily crates). At some point the main menu magically stops giving you the chance to ever see the Welcome video. I have no idea what else I never saw because of this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to play the Welcome video disappears forever.
