where do i talk to a representitive
I bought battle front II on PC, and it won't download. I requested a refund, but I rather have the game.

If you want to directly contact EA support look here.
If you'd rather keep the game and work thru your issue, you came to the right place.
- Make sure you have plenty of available space on the drive you are trying to download to - i.e. the location listed in View Properties when clicking on the Manage button you see on your screenshot.
- Make sure you are using the same account to download the game as you used to purchase the game.
- You need to download from the place you purchased the game - i.e. Steam, Epic, EA app.
