Where is Padme in Battlefront Two?
There are so many reasons why Padmé should be on Battlefront Two, but for some reason, she isn't. She's one of the main characters in the Prequel Trilogy. She's one of the most important characters in the entire Saga (Naboo invasion failure starts the Confederacy, she's the mother of two of the main characters of the OT/grandmother of Kylo - a ST main character, the attempted assassination of her and her going into hiding essentially gets Palpatine the role of Supreme Chancellor - starts the Clone Wars, is one of the major reasons Anakin became Darth Vader, and indirectly what convinces him to kill the Emperor in RotJ. Plus, fans want more PT content (including Heroes)/happy customers, and she wasn't in Battlefront II (2005) either - that would be one thing this game would have over the Original. Also, there are so many skins that she could have. All of her outfits are beautiful and elegant even if they seem simple; these skins would boost crystal sales and would make players more active because then they will try to get enough credits to get the skins they want. Additionally, her home planet is Naboo, along with The Emperor - she fought there in TPM (even mentioned by Leia in Battlefront II's campaign); she fought at Geonosis - which is being added in Season 3. The Naboo Palace is HER map, basically (her ship is even in the hangar). She went to Mos Eisley in AotC, too (which is also in the game). And even the voice actress from the Clone Wars tv series has said that she is open to doing voice lines for the game. She said to "think of the weapons" and to "think of the ships" and to "think of the skins". Also, Aurra Sing could be added with Padmé. Aurra Sing is a manipulative, selfish, and effective Bounty Hunter from around the time of The Clone Wars. She is notable for her assassination attempt on Padmé Amidala, her involvement with Cad Bane working for Darth Maul and eventually Ziro the Hutt, and more notably for being one of Boba Fett’s mentors. Her influence helped Boba find his place as a Bounty Hunter. Sing’s presence haunted Ahsoka for a short while, but once Ahsoka got to the bottom of it and captured Sing, she was free of her grasp. She has been involved with Padmé and would be a great new female hero for the male-dominated Battlefront Two.
