You’ve got it backwards, OP. Because loot boxes never made the game, launch players had to work waaaay harder for what they got than players currently do.
Count your blessings, cause those first six months were BRUTAL. Like, “weeks-of-grinding-for-a-single-purple-card” brutal.
No double/triple XP and no Co-op, either. You young bucks have no idea how good you have it.
