whiteish layer

Hey, my swbf2 has some kind of whiteish layer on it, its not like a whitescreen. So when I start the game it comes a white layer that basically just lays on top of the game. And it really messes with the colors. I've tried to reinstall and check options but nothing of those worked. Think it like a white glass infront your sceen, it makes all the colors really bright and weird
So some help would be awesome
