Why are there more boy hero and villain characters then there are girl characters in Battlefront there are plenty more important girl characters in star wars!

Because the game's intention was never to show the whole SW canon, only the films from episode 1 - 9.
That's also the reason why Ahsoka, Ventress and many more from the CW series didn't make it into the game.
