Why didn't my pre-order payment go through?

    @BradTheAfrican Maybe you credit card information is correct but the billing address from you credit card is incorrect, that is verified in any website for fraudulent transactions. I apologize that you transaction didn't when thorough but EA or any advisor cannot do anything about it. They did not take any money from you account so there is nothing that EA can do. But if you actually have a receipt saying that EA took the money from you credit card you can contact an EA advisor

Scroll to chat and specify your problem 5. Press Chat now For further information, please check here http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/How-to-contact-an-Advisor-via-EA-Help/td-p/5650100 If there is no chat option available, please call customer service on your phone or try describing your problem a little bit different, so "Livechat" show up as an option
