Why does it say I have the standard edition when I pre ordered the deluxe?

So I digitally pre oredered the battlefront deluxe edition on Xbox but when I go to my games and apps it says I have the standard edition. I then go to the store and it says $80 as if I never bought it. It says the same with someone else that I know. Is it supposed to be like this. Or will it change to deluxe edition on nov 14? I just want to play on nov 14 but it says in the store that I didn’t install it yet when I bought it already. Plsease answer if that’s makes sense.

    I think you will just get the extra stuff when you start playing (as in a loot crate or something like that) because I played the beta and got the pre ordered skin for Rey in a loot crate

    That happened to me, too. I got the Rey last jedi skin during the beta but now during the EA access I have nothing while other people do have the extra items. I'm hoping it will change on the 14th to Deluxe or be fixed within the next couple of hours

    Can someone reply if this issue still goes on?

    Is this a matter of time? My preload starts on Nov 14th and I will be on vacations until Nov 28th, I am afraid this might happen to me.
