Why is fair fight banning people that use finn's dead eye ability?

Well I have been using Finns Dead eye ability.
And I have not been banned!

The most likely explanation is that they might have Programs Running or software installed on their computers that are flagged by the Anti cheat System.

Well I haven't seen a single Post yet about people complaining about getting banned.

There will always be hackers, Some just create their own cheats for personal use. So they don't share it with anyone or maybe 2-3 others.
Then it is really hard to detect but will get picked up sooner or later by Anti cheat.

Well someone was banned that seriously wasn't using any sort of cheats..

Sorry AAAA080. You can always plead your case with the Management. They could pull video of your records. Also I suggest you check FairFight and see what they can tell you is likely happened. You don't need to talk to them, as you can google the process of how they decide to ban, suspend or stop access. Usually it is due to an OBVIOUS continuation of cheating / headshots ( unbelievable stats of kills in seconds compared to the norm) and reports from several people about 1 person. Shooting all head shots is not what Dead EYE does. Mainly a middle body shot. However, Head shots count for FairFight ! GLHF.. Try to enjoy!! It's only a game!

How do you know?

Maybe he had software on his computer that are a Cheating software for another program but still runs in the background.

You are exactly right. I don't know, nor could I have any reason to suspect that because he was singled out that it was actually him. As a gamer, i'm just trying to have fun, ( not working for EA) thought I would attempt to offer some options. That's just being a good sport. This 1ne is not a hater.
Looks like he/she got caught with gun in hand. A penalty for sure but not death. BTW, I am not one to say all should get a trophy just for playing. If you earn it, you get it. ( Concerns about the level 50 trophy already list in another log. )

I do not support the cheat or fraud. I want to enjoy the game and not get killed 2 seconds into it every-time. Some people understand the grind you need to do to become good at something, like marriage, education or career. Some want a shortcut to the hard work. All must learn this in life. Also we must not rush to judgement without understanding the facts.
NOTE: We give up our rights when we play the game. It's in the small print. You can object but not direct. You paid for the right to play. If you are even suspected of cheating, they have you dead to rights. !! Good luck with that AAAA.
