Why is my mouse gone?
You'll need to provide a bit more detail, if you want people to help.
What do you mean by "mouse gone"? no cursor in menus? mouse does not work during gameplay?
What mouse are you using? with what PC?
Are you able to use keyboard to change mouse settings in the game?
etc.

My friend had the same issue. For him, the solution was turning off Origin in-game. You find it in the Origin settings. Basically just prevent Origin client from running while you play the game.
