Why is user ''EA_Atic'' silencing me?

I wrote a thread about a weird bug I have encountered, that seemed like some sort of 'soft ban' which replaced my ability to roll with changing the camera, I tried changing the key bindings and even checking in for them, everything was normal, I wrote a thread in hope somebody could help me with this issue, tho it fixed by itself after 10 or so matches. 

I received an email that ''EA_Atic'' replied to my thread, but when I opened it, it was missing, with a message saying the thread is unavailable, it's one of the weirdest things I have encountered on a forum. 

Now, I want to know who this mysterious user is, why was my thread about a bug silenced, and will this game ever be improved? As amount of hackers makes my guinea pig sick.
