With the Battle on Scarif being the last regular content drop, I have to ask a couple of questions.Will Battlefront 2 continue to be patched? I have noticed several bugs that slipped through the cracks of the major updates.By "regular content drops", does that mean Battlefront 2 will still receive content albeit not on a monthly basis, or is what we have all we get?

For 1 I believe so, I mean I am really hoping there will be a hotfix to fix the matchmaking issues caused by the update. Then Ben (F8RGE) on reddit announced that they would look into lowering the requirements to unlock the darth maul skin & event skins. So I think there will be some bug patches & maybe balancing patches in the future but no idea if there actually will be lol. For 2 the way that I have interpreted is that. They worded/wrote it like that for the just in case scenario, that they could jump back into/onto on the game. Though I would assume this is the last major content update. If there is somehow anymore content I would assume it would just be skins or something. Since they said there would still be events & etc.

My guess is bug fixes, occasional events, and maybe slight additions every couple months or so. Nobody really knows at this point though sadly.

@exiledrose I would be very disappointed if the game wasn't going to be fixed. On another note, I would very much like DICE to return to this game sometime in the future to add more content (maps, heroes, reinforcements, etc.), although the chances of that happening are very low.

@blixathecat By DLC, do you mean any content, or specifically the pre-order appearances? Because I'm all for completing my collection, but I'm not down to drop cash every time an update would come out.

yeah I thought it was interesting they said it was the end of regular drops. But I agree with the first reply. We are likely to see basically just bug fixes and minor stuff like that.

@ArchAngeL-PCX I still have a tiny sliver of hope that new maps, heroes, and reinforcements could come to the game, just at a much slower rate than monthly.

I’m really hoping that at the least, the game will get bug fixes and patches. After this last update, It would be nice if some huge bugs were fixed.
