I hope EA will make new monetization model for this game, payable skins and payable heroes for multiplayer and payable DLC like Galactic Conquest and new campaign for singleplayer.
My guess is bug fixes, occasional events, and maybe slight additions every couple months or so. Nobody really knows at this point though sadly.
