Will clone troopers be able to use EMP-grenades when fighting droids?

Clone troopers mostly used EMP-grenades when fighting droids, they are only dangerous to droids and limits friendly fire. It would be a nice touch when fighting droids and would stop some of the grenade-spam that already exist. The thermal detonators was mostly used by droids, unless the clones faced organic enemies.
