Wont load into online or offline games

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Loading into games, only thing that works is campaign
How is this making it more difficult? Its making it more difficult by not having a chance to enjot the game and play it
How can we reproduce this experience? Tbh idk

So basically i just installed the game again after a month and its completely updated and everything but once i try to load into any type of game(online or offline) it just infinitely loads and crashes 5 minutes later. Ive opened my nat type, i istalled and reinstalled, but nothing i have tried works. The thing is though my account works on my freinds xbox but not mine. I have no idea whats going on but hopefully someone can help me

  • I just had the same problem. This morning I just restarted my xbox and it works.

    Cool. If that doesn't help, try deleting your gamertag from your console and downloading it again.

  • Basically i installed the game about 2 weeks ago and it wont load into anything. Ive tried everything of what other ea members have told me but its just not working if there are any other solutions you guys may know lmk

    I've merged your posts and threads on this into this existing thread. Please use this space to continue this discussion as creating new threads or asking for advise for the same issue in other threads is considering spamming the forums. It's best to keep all relevant information in one space to better keep track of what's been tried so far and where to go from there.

    On that note, may I double check what steps you've already completed? I'll share a list below of steps below. Let us know please in your reply if you tried all of these troubleshooting steps while the Xbox Servers were active and if there are any steps you've completed that are missing from this list: 

    1. Confirmed that you have an Xbox Live Gold membership active to access the online features of this game?
    2. Checked if you have linked that Xbox Account to the correct EA account?  (See your 'About Me' page on myaccount.ea.com)
    3. You've double checked your Xbox One is up to date/no updates pending? 
    4. You’ve restarted your router and tried a hardwired connection?
    5. Cleared your alternate MAC address?
    6. Opened up your ports for Star Wars Battlefront II?

  • I just had the same problem. This morning I just restarted my xbox and it works.
