This is causing serious tears from the kids. Do you have a solution yet?

    Same here. I bought this game for the family to play. EA have already short changed us on what they promised, plus all the fiasco surrounding MicroTransaction and their “temporary” removal.
    EA support is, and always has been, UTTERLY USELESS!!
    They are incredibly greedy and do not care about their customers with problems. If the a majority are not complaining, they are happy to live with it!
    I hate them.

       I can't play multiplayer on my xbox one s and the game says"not able to  connect online" error 524 ea please help
