UPDATE: Changed my age. Still unable. I checked and I'm already old enough according to Microsoft. I genuinely cannot believe this; it's worse than putting creator over consumer - they seem to not care at all. Never going near EA again.

Fun fact: EA has been voted the worst company ever several times. 🙂
