I've seen another thread with the same problem; EA just told them to contact support and played dead when it made no difference. I'm checking out the subreddit; you guys should try it, they responded there to the 80 Dollar Vader Locked Disaster, so maybe we can get one.

still no response from EA on this? can't they at least admit they have an issue?? seems like they don't care to me....
