Hey everyone, This is a known issue that we are currently working on solving, no ETA currently. The following workaround has been reported to work for various players and for us. Try the following troubleshooting: Launch the game, the game will be in offline mode Press the right stick to reconnect online. The game might be frozen for a bit, but the loading symbol will still move. Wait until the game becomes responsive again. The game might display error 721. Discard the message. Press the right stick again, the game should now connect online. OR This was suggested by: @DYSPROssium Start up the game Scroll to the right until you’re at “collection” then try to connect. Might take 2 tries to work You can play online again I will keep this topic updated for any news surrounding this issue. Thank you for your patience. /Atic

The work arounds aren't working for me either. REALLY annoying. When will this be fixed?

I was able to play just fine for a few days in December, but all the sudden started getting the 721 error. Tried all the recommended fixes of scrolling to collection and reconnecting, restarting router etc.. still not able to connect.

@EA_Atic- Just another heads up - experienced error 721 on Xbox yesterday. Have not had this problem for over 12 months. Was playing GA, the match had just finished when I was dropped back to the menu screen. Tried reconnecting without success. Quit & relaunched the game and had no further problems. Have had another crash in the prior week but dropped me back to Xbox live without displaying any error msg.

I've done everything, I mean everything. Untinstalled, reinstalled, moved storage location, port forwarding, hard reset console and router, 3x joystick in collection menu arcade then 3x joystick again. Always 72q error code. WTH. Please help EA. I'm out of solutions. I can play apex and Anthem and all battlefields no issue.
