Progress Loss/Reset Upon Play

Hello,

I was advised by EA HELP to make a post here for my issue. The characters retain their levels that I had them at, but do not have any of the unlocks that I had for them. Any appearances, weapons, and star cards are locked as if I had not earned them. The characters still have their levels and experience.

I attempted one game, and the characters I used were reset back to zero and earned a handful of level ups. I was told the problem may be related "to server sync issues or corrupted game data where the local and server data do not match properly". It was mentioned EA is aware of this issue and are working on it? I was further told to avoid playing the characters that were reset to low levels in order to prevent further data loss. For now though, it seems any character would also reset if I played them in modes that grant experience.

Any assistance would be helpful. I'll continue in modes that do not grant exp unless otherwise notified.
