Can you try creating a new account or having someone play on their account on your system, and see if the issue occurs again?
@bioroid I returned by Xbox One X, perhaps you should do the same. If less than 30 days old of course, or at least report directly to Microsoft.
Same with me. Day one Project Scorpio Xbox One X owner. This always crashes every time its about to reveal the crate contents. Maybe they didn't test that part on the Xbox One X and it crashes the system hard. Every time. EA will blame the hardware, MS will blame the game. They need to work together to solve this problem.
